This place is in a great location, close to a popular observation wheel, shopping street, and market, plus the breakfast at the restaurant is excellent.

Its location was reasonably priced and nice, adjacent to the subway which is the fastest way to travel around Beijing, popular areas such as Wangfujing and Holiday Inn Chang A West for three nights in Beijing. The beds were great and the standard room itself was large and newly decorated.

We enjoyed a fantastic breakfast that included a mix of Western and Chinese dishes.

The lobby and rooms give the appearance of a luxury hotel. Our housekeeper was very nice but couldn't solve the major problems.

The room stinks of sewer gas from the bathroom. Flushing the drains didn't help. The air conditioning didn't work so the room was hot. The shower sill slopes into the bathroom so the floor floods during showers. These are structural problems the hotels should fix if it wants to attract international guests.

Recently renovated rooms with double glazed windows, laundry facilities, and a mini bar, with very helpful staff.

The staff was very friendly and helped us find a stadium and restaurants which were located next to. They helped us get a shuttle from airport.
